This Is Fly

The new issue of 'This Is Fly' fly fishing mag came out today, and as promised here is the screen shot of my published photograph. I'm quite stoked about it, its on page 19 if you're going to check it out.

Was in Durban last week for the SAB job and am off to Bloemfontein tomorrow and then Cape Town after that. Here are some more photographs I shot on the job.

Champagne Taste and Beer Bottle Pockets

I started a campaign for SAB on Monday and I'm going to be busy on it until the 7th of March, so I'm not going to be able to post new stuff for a while. I shot this at one of the SAB depots in Soweto. And, I'm being published next month in an online mag called, This Is Fly, which is based in New York. It's the most amazing fly fishing mag on the planet. I'll post a screen shot of the page when it's out, but go check it out now anyway. I know you're not doing anything.

Been shooting a lot more portraits for Lampost Casting Agency, up to about 70 odd portraits now. Will post them when I have more time. Also got two really big campaigns coming up for Cell C and SAB which will be keeping me well busy. So for now, here is a portrait of my girl with a black eye. Yes, I know what you're thinking, but it wasn't me. She jumped on a friends back one booze filled evening and they both took a bite out the road. Fun times.

Blk Jks In Clash

Clash Magazine in the U.K. is running 6 of my Blk Jks photographs in one of their upcoming issues. I'm pretty stoked to have some of my work in there, here is one of the pics they are using. I'll try get the layout from them when it is out so I can upload it here.

Lampost Casting Agency

Jodie Stinson, the stylist I work with quite often, has started a casting agency called 'Lampost'. She has asked me to shoot lamp posts for her website which is being designed by Trigger. Here is one of the many shots I have done for her over the last week or so.

I lied about not going to be at the Ludicris show at Melrose Arch, got tickets on Friday morning so I did go through to check it out. But he didn't actually perform, as promised, he just introduced an act. Ah the lies. Here are the pics that were used at the party.

Cons, Blood, and Ludicris

Still waiting to get the go ahead to put the Converse campaign on here, and also for the new SANBS campaign I shot this week. SANBS is the South African National Blood Service, by the way. We shot in Soweto and Fordsburg with graf artists Rasti and Dave. It turned out really well and might be made into a TV commercial if client gives the nod. Also shot a few portraits for Nike, they are going to be exhibited at the V.I.P. Ludacris show at Melrose Arch where I was told that if you are someone you will be there. I won't be there.
